Diploma Program of FEB UHW Perbanas CEO Talk, Invites President Director of PT BPR Surasari Hutama to Equip Students

The Diploma Program of the Faculty of Economics and Business (FEB) at Universitas Hayam Wuruk Perbanas organized a CEO Talk event by inviting the President Director of PT BPR Surasari Hutama, Yohana Agustina, S.E., M.H., M.M. Held in Room C301, the event aimed to broaden students’ perspectives on the dynamics of the banking industry, delivered directly by an experienced practitioner on Friday, October 17.The event was officially opened by the Dean of the Faculty of Economics and Business UHW Perbanas, Prof. Dr. Lutfi, S.E., M.Fin. In his opening remarks, he emphasized that the CEO Talk serves as a manifestation of the institution’s commitment to providing practice-based learning while strengthening the linkage between academia and industry.
“Therefore, students are encouraged to take full advantage of this opportunity and actively engage by asking as many questions as possible to the speaker,” he stated.
During the main session, Yohana Agustina shared her professional experiences and insights into the dynamics of the banking industry, particularly within the Rural Banking (BPR) sector. She highlighted the importance of integrity, professionalism, and adaptability in navigating the increasingly competitive and dynamic financial sector.
Furthermore, participating students were motivated to continuously enhance their competencies and skills, both in academic aspects and soft skills, as essential preparation for entering the workforce.
It is worth noting that the event was attended by students of the Diploma 3 Program at UHW Perbanas, who demonstrated high enthusiasm through active participation in interactive discussions and question-and-answer sessions. (hms)
