Enhancing Competence: CABM UHW Perbanas Provides Training for BPR Cahaya Fajar Employees

Efforts to improve employee professionalism and mental resilience are crucial amidst the dynamic and high-pressure environment of the banking industry. In this regard, BPR Cahaya Fajar, in collaboration with Universitas Hayam Wuruk (UHW) Perbanas, organized a training program entitled “Problem Solving & Stress Management Skills.”
The program was attended by dozens of BPR Cahaya Fajar employees and featured speakers from UHW Perbanas who possess extensive experience in human resource development and organizational management.
The Head of the Center for Applied Business and Management (CABM) UHW Perbanas, Dr. Anggraeni, S.E., M.Si., stated that in a dynamic and demanding banking work environment, the ability to effectively solve problems and manage stress is a highly essential competency.
“BPR Cahaya Fajar employees are indeed expected to work professionally, quickly, and accurately in making decisions. At the same time, they must be able to maintain emotional stability so that performance and customer service remain optimal,” explained Dr. Anggraeni—familiarly known as Anggi—after the training session on Saturday (October 18).
According to her, the invited speakers possessed the experience and expertise necessary to address various challenges faced in the banking sector. The speakers for this training included Dr. Yudi Sutarso, S.E., M.Si., and Dr. Emma Yulianti, S.E., M.M.She also expressed hope that this training would enhance the competence and practical skills of the employees.
“Through the Problem Solving & Stress Management Skills training, participants are expected to gain insights, strategies, and practical skills to handle various workplace challenges. Furthermore, they can strengthen their mental resilience and foster a positive work culture that supports the organization’s long-term objectives,” she concluded.
It is worth noting that this activity reflects UHW Perbanas’s ongoing commitment—through the Center for Applied Business and Management (CABM)—to continuously support capacity building for human resources in the banking sector.
