Effective Leadership Training: Shaping Adaptive and Visionary Leaders

Great leaders are not born; they are shaped through continuous learning and reflection. To nurture adaptive, visionary, and high-integrity leaders, the Center for Applied Business and Management (CABM) of Universitas Hayam Wuruk Perbanas organized an Effective Leadership Training at Novotel Samator Surabaya on Saturday (October 11).The Head of CABM UHW Perbanas stated that this program was made possible through collaboration with Bank IBK Indonesia KC Surabaya Samator, Bank BPR Surasari Hutama, BPR Anjuk Ladang, and BPR Penataran Blitar Regency. This synergy reflects a shared commitment to developing human resource capacity, particularly in leadership, to meet the challenges of the digital era.
The training featured several distinguished speakers, including:
Prof. Dr. Nanang Shonhadji, S.E., Ak., M.Si., Ak., CA., CPA., CMA., presenting Artificial Intelligence (AI) for Leadership; Dr. Yudi Sutarso, S.E., M.Si., presenting Team Building and Leadership; Inayah Sri Wardhani, S.Psi., presenting Effective Communication for Leadership; and Dr. Anggraeni, S.E., M.Si., presenting The Power of Positive Thinking.
Through this training, participants are expected to enhance their leadership effectiveness, strengthen teamwork, and cultivate a positive mindset—key foundations for leading organizations into the future. (eko/pr)
