Students Learning Assesment
Graduate Learning Outcomes (CPL) Based on ISLO
"Producing graduates in banking and finance who are competent, possess integrity, are adaptive to technology, and are prepared to compete at the global level."
The Diploma (D3) Program in Banking and Finance consistently conducts the assessment of Graduate Learning Outcomes (Capaian Pembelajaran Lulusan/CPL) based on Intended Student Learning Outcomes (ISLO) in accordance with the international standards of the International Assembly for Collegiate Business Education (IACBE) as part of its academic quality assurance system. This assessment is carried out through both direct and indirect evaluation methods to ensure that each graduate attains competencies aligned with industry needs.
The assessment results indicate that the majority of students have achieved the targeted competencies across knowledge, skills, and professional attitudes. This reflects graduates’ readiness to pursue careers in various fields, such as teller and customer service roles, finance and administrative staff, marketing staff and entrepreneurship, as well as credit analysis.
In line with the program’s vision, the curriculum is continuously developed to remain adaptive to technological advancements and the evolving dynamics of the financial industry, ensuring that graduates possess strong competitiveness at both national and global levels.
