Curriculum

Intended Student Learning Outcomes (ISLOs) Program Studi Diploma 3 Perbankan dan Keuangan:
 
 
  1. Students will be able to comply with ethical and responsible (Mahasiswa akan dapat mematuhi etika dan bertanggung jawab) - ISLOs #1
  2. Students will be able to explain core knowledge in business and banking (Mahasiswa akan dapat menjelaskan pengetahuan inti dalam bisnis dan perbankan) - ISLOs #2
  3. Students will be able to analyze business and banking problems and provide solutions to them using relevant information technology (Mahasiswa akan dapat menganalisis masalah bisnis dan perbankan dan memberikan solusi dengan menggunakan teknologi informasi yang relevan) - ISLOs #3
  4. Student will be able to lead and manage self and others in a team or in an organization (Mahasiswa akan mampu memimpin dan mengelola diri sendiri dan orang lain dalam sebuah tim atau organisasi) - ISLOs #4
  5. Students will be able to communicate ideas and argument in business and banking using foreign language (Mahasiswa mampu mengkomunikasikan ide dan argumen dalam bidang bisnis dan perbankan dengan menggunakan bahasa asing) - ISLOs #5

GRADUATE LEARNING OUTCOMES (CPL)
A. ATTITUDES
Every graduate of the D3 Banking and Finance Study Program must possess the following attitudes and values:
  • Devoted to God Almighty and able to demonstrate a religious attitude;
  • Uphold human values in carrying out duties based on religion, morals, and ethics;
  • Contribute to improving the quality of life in society, nation, and state, and to the advancement of civilization based on Pancasila;
  • Act as a citizen who is proud and loves the homeland, possesses nationalism, and has a sense of responsibility toward the nation and state;
  • Respect diversity in culture, perspectives, religion, beliefs, and the opinions or original findings of others;
  • Work collaboratively and have social awareness and concern for society and the environment;
  • Obey the law and be disciplined in social and civic life;
  • Internalize academic values, norms, and ethics;
  • Demonstrate responsibility for work in their field of expertise independently;
  • Internalize the spirit of independence, perseverance, and entrepreneurship; and
  • Internalize attitudes and behaviors in accordance with banking and finance professional ethics and not abuse authority and responsibility in violation of applicable laws and regulations.

B. KNOWLEDGE MASTERY
Graduates of the D3 Banking and Finance Study Program must master the following knowledge:
  • Master general theoretical concepts of banking and finance;
  • Master general concepts, principles, and comprehensive procedural knowledge of:
    • Fund collection and banking services (funding and services);
    • Credit or financing management;
    • Bank operational management;
    • Marketing management of non-bank financial products;
  • Master principles of:
    • Basic accounting and taxation based on applicable standards;
    • Basic bank accounting based on applicable banking accounting guidelines;
  • Master general concepts, principles, and techniques of:
    • Effective communication;
    • Excellent service;
    • Transaction documentation and reporting;
    • Software applications;
    • Applied scientific writing;
    • Human resource management;
  • Master factual knowledge and application methods of applicable professional standards and codes of ethics;
  • Master factual knowledge of relevant policies and regulations in banking and finance, including bank and non-bank policies, credit/financing regulations and legal aspects, as well as laws and regulations related to banking and capital markets;
  • Master insights into microeconomic and macroeconomic developments as well as current developments of financial institutions in Indonesia;
  • Master the general concept of academic integrity and specifically the concept of plagiarism, including types, consequences, and prevention efforts;
  • Master factual knowledge of business, economics, and management.

C. GENERAL SKILLS
Graduates of the D3 Banking and Finance Study Program must possess the following general skills:
  • Able to complete broad-scope work and analyze data using various appropriate methods, both standardized and non-standardized;
  • Able to demonstrate quality and measurable performance;
  • Able to solve work-related problems in accordance with their applied expertise based on logical, innovative thinking and take responsibility independently;
  • Able to prepare accurate and valid reports on work results and processes and communicate them effectively to relevant parties;
  • Able to collaborate, communicate, and innovate in their work;
  • Able to take responsibility for team performance and supervise and evaluate work assigned to subordinates;
  • Able to conduct self-evaluation of work teams and manage competency development independently;
  • Able to document, store, secure, and retrieve data to ensure validity and prevent plagiarism;
  • Able to adapt, collaborate, create, contribute, and innovate in applying knowledge in life and act as global citizens;
  • Able to uphold academic integrity and prevent plagiarism;
  • Able to use information technology in the development of knowledge and implementation of expertise;
  • Able to use at least one international language for oral and written communication.

D. SPECIFIC SKILLS
Graduates of the D3 Banking and Finance Study Program must possess the following specific skills:
  • Able to perform banking product and service operations in accordance with regulations and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) in Indonesia, including the ability to:
    • Conduct cash and non-cash banking transactions accurately and quickly;
    • Record and report banking transactions accurately and promptly;
    • Handle customer complaints, identify root causes, provide available solutions, and follow up unresolved issues with colleagues or supervisors;
    • Identify customer/prospective customer needs for banking products and services accurately and communicate relevant information effectively;
    • Develop work plans for implementing Third Party Funds (DPK) marketing strategies through face-to-face methods, group meetings, and general promotions considering targets, priorities, benefits, costs, and bank databases;
  • Carry out credit or financing management activities in accordance with applicable regulations and SOPs, including identifying potential customers and offering credit/financing products;
  • Able to manage bank operations according to duties, authority, and SOPs, including preparing and completing end-of-period transaction processes as part of financial reporting;
  • Able to market, sell, and broker non-bank financial products (capital market products, insurance, pension funds, pawnshops, and multi-finance) based on customer needs and applicable regulations and SOPs;
  • Able to prepare budgets, record financial transactions, prepare financial statements based on applicable accounting standards, calculate, complete, and report taxes (at least Article 21 Income Tax and annual tax returns) in accordance with SOPs;
  • Able to communicate all banking and non-bank products and services effectively using an international language;
  • Able to operate banking and financial information technology systems accurately and efficiently.
